Spiritual development is often triggered by and activated through some crisis. Inner conflict may demand  our attention and surface into our awareness; or the crisis is caused by some outer cleavage or loss. Whatever the reason, the crisis always calls for expansion of our consciousness.

From the perspective of spiritual growth, internally triggered crisis are especially important. Chances are, that it is our soul prompting for change, pushing the personality to register and become aware of a new stage of development. All growth is determined by our ability to release the old and our preparedness to consciously step into the unknown knew. Often spiritual growth happens in big strides;  we leap into the future hoping and trusting in faith that life will carry us forward.

My own growth has gone through several such leaps and strides. In retrospect  I can see how each crisis has contributed to my growth and shaped my character and my awareness of who and what I am today. My current change process started in the fall of 2003. This particular crisis brought with it big renounciations, concentration on the things that really matter and thus a much more comprehensive commitment to living a spiritual life.

Alongside with my work as a specialist in organisational development, I have certainly already from the mid-80ties had a deep interest in and studied different spiritual disciplines. I have especially been interested in the evolution of consciousness, in the power of thought and in the incredible subtle world of energies – how they affect us and how we can influence and co-create with them.  My search led me to study philosophy, Tibetan buddhism, meditation, yoga, healing energies, evolutionary theories, shamanism, Agni Yoga and esoteric teachings.

The re-alignment of my current “new life” I started by spending two and a half years studying, meditating and working at the spiritual and ecological community of the Findhorn Foundation in Northern Scotland. During this time I submerged into the teachings of the Tibetan Master Djwahl Kuhl, spiritual teachings given to humanity through Alice Bailey. I returned to Finland during summer 2006 ready to create my services through Anura and Amrita to benefit you.
