Reiki is a very popular energy healing technique in Finland. Since the mid-80ties, when Reiki was introduced by Aila Norlamo it has been spreading like a fire. Today there is an abundance of teachers and healers all around the country.  This is great; as it means that more and more Finns, through Reiki, become accustomed to the wonderful world of subtle energies, open themselves for soul-guidance and enhance the spreading of heart-energy all around. In my teaching I follow the traditional Mikao Usui method; although with the addition of putting the teaching into a wider context of the New Age spiritual awakening and the evolution of consciousness.
